Barrydale  - on the R62 at the beginning of the Tradouw mountain pass (Karoo)

Bredasdorp accommodation- Country living. A short drive to Struisbaai or Cape L'Agulhas. De Hoop Nature reserve stretches along the coast.

Cape Agulhas / Struisbai accommodation - southern most tip of Africa. One of the things you do to say you have done it. Nice to have lunch in the Lighthouse and for  those brave enough climb to the top good luck. Struisbaai has the most picturesque fishing harbor and beaches with beautiful walks along the seafront. A really beautiful sea view and I suspect it is a fisherman's paradise. If you want to go for walks, swim and just be at peace this is a good choice.

Calitzdorp Accommodation - this is life in the Karoo. A really beautiful little town with a river running through it. Accommodation in the town or on farms. Calitzdorp is on the route 62 and the scenery getting there is spectacular.

Cape Town - Bloubergstrand - Bloubergstrand has beautiful views of Table Mountain, looks over Table Bay to Cape Town and Robin island. It has a long sandy white beach and lot's of restaurants etc. Situated outside of Cape Town center about a 15 min drive from Waterfront.

Cape Town - Camps Bay - the playground of Cape Town. On the Atlantic side with beautiful beaches and people. Cape Town attractions easily accessible ie Waterfront, Table Mountain, Robben Island, Penguins at Boulders beach, City center, Chapman's Peak drive and Cape Point.

Franschhoek accommodation - nestled in a valley at the foot of mountains and famous for its world class restaurants and wine estates. This is the cuisine capital of South Africa.

Gansbaai/ De Kelders accommodation -  either at De Kelders  on the seafront cliffs with sea views across the bay to Hermanus or at Kleinbaai with beautiful sea views of the islands. Kleinbaai is the main launch spot for shark cage diving but De Kelders and even Hermanus is quite convenient for accommodation. Offers lovely boat trips past the islands full of seals and bird life, often spot whales and dolphins as well.

Greyton accommodation -  explore Greyton on foot and not far to hikes. Ideal to relax and just mellow out.

George accommodation - either in George itself or on Fancourt Golf Estate. Centrally situated to explore Garden Route, Knysna, Mossel Bay, Oudtshoorn and Wilderness. Golf courses are everywhere and of a very high standard.

Hermanus accommodation - The world's best spot for land based whale watching during June to November inclusive. Also has incredible sandy beaches that stretch for miles, Small sandy beach coves for more protected swimming. Swimming, surfing, Kite surfing, horse riding on the beach, wind surfing , paragliding, birding, hiking, and just soaking up the sun. Also has a very good wine route. Ideal base to shark cage dive from with transport from your accommodation.

Montagu accommodation - a charming historic village just 2 hours drive from Cape Town on the scenic road to the little Karoo and the Garden Route.

Mossel Bay accommodation-
a beautiful town with lovely swimming beaches and lots to do. Ideal to explore George and interior. It offers boat trips, shark cage diving and lots of water sports. Mossel Bay also has a new quite big casino. Very nice golf course.

Napier accommodation-  close to Bredasdorp and easy driving distance to Cape Aguhas, Arniston etc

Oudtshoorn accommodation - In the Klein Karoo semi desert. Visit game farms, Cango Caves and experience the harsh climate totally different to the coast just 60 km's away. This is the ostrich capital of the world. The daring can go for an ostrich ride and the ostrich steak is delicious and best of all , healthy.

Prince Albert accommodation-  In the Karoo and a good base to do the Swartberg Pass and experience the Karoo. This is 4x4 heaven. Hike in the Swartberg mountains, hike into "The Hell " Gamkas Kloof  from Weltevrede. Cycle up or down the Swartberg pass.

Robertson accommodation centrally situated. On the wine route and Route62. Some of the best wines in the country are produced here.

Stellenbosch accommodation - A beautiful historic town that was the center of the wine industry. Some very big wine estates surround this town. This is a university town combining old and new.

Swellendam accommodation - This town is used as a half way stop between Cape Town or Hermanus and Knysna / Garden route. It has so much more to offer being well situated to take day trips to Witsand, the Breede River mouth, Bontebok nature reserve etc. It is the third oldest town in the country with historic buildings and has excellent restaurants.

Witsand accommodation -  on the Breede River, stay at the mouth of the river , along the banks or on a farm in the Witsand area. Fantastic river and sea fishing. This river offers loads of water sports eg skiing, boating. It is possible to hire houseboats.
