It offers a peaceful and tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Fauna on the farm includes numerous species of game such as Bontebok, Springbok, Red Hartebees and Gemsbok. Activities to indulge in, include 15 km of walking and cycling trails, in the indigenous succulents and fynbos, admiring bird and game life or just relaxing at the swimming pool. The conference facility cater for small to medium size weddings, parties or functions.

Close by are the Big 5, wine cellars, 4x4 trails, quad biking, hot springs and fishing.

Comfortably situated on the R62, only 15 minutes from Barrydale, 20 minutes from Montagu and 2hrs drive from Cape Town.

     ROCK CLIMBING AT DE BOS

    Stuart and Regula welcome you to De Bos, Montagu.  Montagu is a rock climbing paradise with over 300 bolted routes at all grades, all within walking distance of De Bos and good climbing weather most of the year.  Guided climbs are available (booking essential) and local information.  Montagu is also host to the Cogmans Rock Rally, with over 100 bolted routes to pit yourself against.
